"We had several minor issues with items in the condo, but for the most part we were able to get them addressed quickly and easily. It was easy to communicate with Vacasa via phone and text message. The dishwasher malfunctioned and could not be repaired, but the service response was very quick, and we were provided a generous refund for our inconvenience. Beach access was very quick and easy on foot. We would definitely stay there again."

"The contactless entry was problematic. The code wouldn't work for my room and I had to call three times before someone picked up to help me. It took another several minutes for them to fix it remotely. Then, the bathroom was locked from the inside and there was no one on site to get me in. Once all that was settled, the stay was pleasant. "Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, softest towels I have ever dried off with, and location was very quiet. Maintenance was quick to unstop bathroom drain. Master bath was tiny in comparison to most. Shower was large enough to accommodate larger than life person, so it worked. Across the street from the beach, but no buildings to block view. Would definitely stay there again. C-115."
