I dialed 0 an hour before check-out time to report this, but no one answered (during business hours no less). I had to heat cups and an ice bucket of water in the microwave just to take a lukewarm shallow bath, which caused me to overstay my checkout. "Nicer inside than out. Very happy with inside the hotel after seeing the outside. Room could use me curtains but other than that it was a really nice room. Food was in walking distance and plenty of parking in atrached lot. "
