" One of the declining number of traditional 3/4 star village/small town hotels that are being replaced by the bland massive chains The staff were brilliant, especially Head Waitor Luc who was charming, interesting and very helpful. The village with its castle is very run down with a large derelict hospital, numerous closed hotels and empty shops, but still worth a visit as a stop over."

"de jeunes hôteliers installés depuis peu qui en veulent sérieusement. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et le restaurant. Tout fait maison à priori, très bonne présentation des assiettes et très goutu. Le personnel de salle en apprentissage est avenant et très enjoué. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et conforme au niveau du prix des hôtels de cette catégorie."

"A wonderful building and room accessed by a stone spiral staircase. Ticked all the boxes for a fabulous overnight stop over. The owners were very attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was ideal before a days travelling and the homemade Jam was delicious."

"Je suis arrivé tard la nuit et j'avais pas pensé à prévenir à l'avance. La gérante m'a accueilli avec une grande bienveillance et m'a même offert à manger même si c'était tard. La gérante et très sympathique, et l'hôtel correspond à la description. Je recommande sans hésitation."

"Nous avons fait une halte au Mercure Moulins Hôtel de Paris (Moulins, Allier) lors d’un déplacement, et ce fut une très belle surprise. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, avec un personnel attentif et souriant. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés, et la chambre était tout simplement superbe : spacieuse, élégamment décorée et parfaitement équipée. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour la qualité du service et cette belle expérience. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !"
