"Nice property, beach, pool and beach grille. Staff were great! However, the furniture in rooms is very old and should be replaced. Some of the furniture is sun bleached, and has stains. The cleaning crew definitely gets the best scores! Never forgot to clean our room! Always picked up and beds were made!"

"Small Private beach was very nice and connected to a larger beach. We saw a whale in the distance from our private terrace. Perfect full moon from our room. Gym was next door at the college, not on site ! Buildings were obviously very clean and appeared recently painted . Nice staff and food was good. We would go back. Central location on the island."

"Azura is an amazing resort! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pools are lovely, with comfortable seating and umbrella everywhere! The food at Surf is delicious and the menu pleasing. We ate there often! But the best thing is the view of the ocean! Set high on the cliffs overlooking the South Shore, the sea and sky is panoramic! The ocean was clear and we could see the fish from above. We cannot wait to go back!"

"Staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The room upgrade was very much appreciated. Our only complaint is that the turn down service was far too early. They often came late afternoon so we rarely took advantage of it. Not a big deal. We also had no hot water on our last morning but that was likely a glitch. The patio furniture needed repairing but it was still beautiful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Outstanding family owned property with one of the best views on the island. The rooms were very impressive although they do need a refresh in some areas but overall very nice. Everyone - and I mean everyone - we met around the island and at The Reefs were polite, friendly and helpful which separates this island from all others. "This is a great property. If you are looking for a good beach in Bermuda, this is it! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. The meal plan is a good value, I highly recommend. The negatives are that some areas of the property show some wear and tear (for example the hot tubs, sliding doors, rusty exterior metal items). "Beautiful water views and views of Hamilton. The ferry unfortunately did not run to the convenient stop next door while we were there, through no fault of the hotel staff. We liked the location of this part of the island, close to market and more activities and more to see down this end. Travellers need some mode of transportation as it's a short drive to other things but very little to be able to walk to with narrow roads and limited sidewalks. Staff was accommodating."
