"It is just beautiful, the grounds, resort it’s the perfect gift for relaxation and reconnection to your spouse and yourself. The food was delicious and the resort personnel were very helpful, very polite, very warm in their interactions with myself and my wife. I highly recommend travelers take a trip here explore Bermuda you will want to return. I for one plan to with my wife."

"Had water leaking from the ceiling and mold and bugs in our room. Got moved to a temporary room for one day and told a permanent solution would be made the next day. We were finally given a new room around 6pm after being out of the temporary room by 9am. This hotel is run down and needs a major update. Tried to get a partial refund, but hotel refused to reply to Expedia. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We were not the only ones to have room issues while we were there."

They often came late afternoon so we rarely took advantage of it. Not a big deal. We also had no hot water on our last morning but that was likely a glitch. "We had a wonderful stay at the Hamilton Princess. The staff go out their way to meet your every need. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the Infinity pool and hot tub. We had an incredible dinner at Intrepid. Downtown Hamilton is an easy walk from the hotel. This is where we will stay when we are back in Bermuda. "

The negatives are that some areas of the property show some wear and tear (for example the hot tubs, sliding doors, rusty exterior metal items).
