"My checking experience was horrible. The AC units were faulty, I had to be moved 4 times before getting a good working AC unit after 8hrs. Furthermore the food was quite poor.The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, except the IT guy that was quite rude. Management needs to improve the units and fumigate frequently; because there were a bunch of mosquitoes. "

"Not a great experience - welcomed by an unfriendly, curt receptionist; and on to the first room which had dirty linen, seemingly unchanged from last use - with a bit of female hair. All garnished with a stale smell The second room equally had a pervasive stale smell, with fluff on the sheets. Had to perform emergency plumbing work on a faulty toilet. The room was not cheap by local standards, this I’d describe this booking as one of my worst in recent travels."
