"The place is newer, thats about it. Very small hotel, small rooms. Hard bed and an absolutely horrible breakfast. Do not even go to the restaurant, I promise you the disappointment will be real and profound!! In fact this hotel is hurting its business by allowing that space to run as a so called restaurant....its a smarter business idea to turn that floor into more crappy tiny rooms.The area has many businesses, mostly furniture stores on the main road but also many "good" food options and a mall near by as well as many street food options. I'll post the video of the 2 restaurant worth your time for street food in the entire area. If price is your driver, stay here a night if have to, not that bad. If you dont have to...spend an extra 15 bucks more and find many other better options....go deeper into Laureles area its close but still a taxi away so I would get closer."

"The property is old and poorly maintained, and the price per room is excessively expensive for what it offers. They charged me additional taxes even though I shouldn't have to pay VAT because I'm not a resident. I'm very disappointed."

"Front desk very unorganized and slow. Maybe it was a new young man working or something. But nobody in the lobby and still took 15 or 20 minutes to check in. Check out took two minutes with the girl in the morning. Hotel front desk and restaurant did not have changed for a 100,000 peso bill. They could not make change. It's hard to believe you're running a business and you can't make change for your customer. And it was strange I ate in the restaurant and they immediately wanted me to pay in cash and would not add it to my room account. Also, something I haven't seen before. And they wanted it in cash. I've been to 10 hotels in the city and none of them have ever done that to me. I think there were some funny business going on with the employees. "
