"Outstanding property and stay - perhaps service can be improved a bit more. There was a bit of miscommunication re towel replacement and water refill. Lastly, I would encourage the hotel to review its policies regarding smoking (particularly cigars) in outdoor dining areas, as well as the display of sexually suggestive content around the pool, especially considering the presence of young children."

"Our stay at this beautiful resort in Mystras was truly unforgettable. Nestled in the middle of the mountains, the setting was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up in morning surrounded by peaceful scenery and spectacular views made for an incredibly relaxing experience. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, with a wonderful variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the surrounding area. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa. The facilities were beautiful, tranquil, and impeccably maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The spa treatments I received were outstanding, and the staff were professional, attentive, and made the entire experience feel luxurious and rejuvenating. The resort itself was beautifully maintained, and every member of the staff was welcoming and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The peaceful mountain setting, exceptional amenities, delicious breakfast, and first-class spa experience made this one of the most relaxing and enjoyable places we've ever stayed. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mystras and would absolutely return in the future."

"The breakfast was AMAZING. The pool was AMAZING but closed at 7pm, which is much earlier than we are used to in the US. The only issue I had was that when I booked through Expedia, I chose the specific room that I wanted. When I arrived, they had switched me to a different room based on the number of people in my reservation. My room was supposed to be for four people, even though there were only two of us on the reservation. Since I had booked a bigger room, I invited my other cousin to join us at the last minute, but they had switched us to a two person room and charged an extra $25 for an extra bed."
