Excellent hotel & amazing staff who go the extra mile. The cleanliness of the rooms & general areas excellent. Pillow menu not quite but an excellent choice of pillows available. The only downside & it’s a small one is the poor quality of the WiFi. It perhaps is stronger nearer the main building but we were in one of the Sanctuary room which are the furthest away from the main buildings. The food is amazing as are the drinks. Breakfast brings Chef Andy with his basket of freshly baked pastries.

We loved this hotel, it's a gem of a place. Run with care and attention to detail, the overall ambience is pretty special. Gorgeous setting in a truly historic dock area. What can I say that you don't get from other descriptions? The beds around the infinity pool are the most comfortable I have ever relaxed on. The staff are fantastic and its worth chatting to them and getting to know them.The private boat to the little island is superb and the towels and dressing gowns are very smart. Great cocktails. It was relatively quite when we were there. Enjoyed the workout with coach Tango at 10am in the morning.
