"Out time her was absolutely wonderful. The grounds are exactly what you picture for a Tuscan villa. We felt very VIP. It wasn’t too busy so was quite refreshing after our 3 week vacation throughout Italy. My husband and I will be back."

"There was nothing to do. There was nowhere to hang out and relax unless you were at the bar with other people around all the time. Room too small to hang there. Nothing but news stations on TV. Expensive restaurant and bar. Seemed to be set up for business or conference people only for very short stays. No pool, no ammenities."

"The property is primarily a wedding venue. The room I stayed in was ok but very basic. The location is remote and there isn't much to do around there. The hosts do not speak English and I was charged twice for the stay (once by Hotels.com and once at the property). I haven't yet been able to sort out this charge and since the mistake was with the property staff but they don't speak English"

"The apartment and building were both clean and secure, and the area was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated despite not speaking much english. The check-in process was a bit complicated — I had to go to the sports centre around the corner to collect the keys. There was also no Wi-Fi provided during my stay. On the positive side, the water pressure was great, which made for a nice shower. Overall, a decent place to stay, but with some inconveniences that could be improved."
