"I booked "Stay Incredible Camp" based on positive reviews, but our experience was the complete opposite. We feel completely scammed. We traveled with elders and women, and the conditions were unacceptable for the high price we paid. 1. Zero Hygiene: Our first tent had sheets covered in red and black stains, and the bathroom floor was flooded and dirty. When we complained and moved to a second tent, the sheets were still stained. Worse, the bathroom sink had a hole in the pipe, causing water to leak all over our feet and clothes whenever we washed our hands. 2. False Advertising (No Heating): The Expedia listing clearly stated "Heating," which was a requirement for us as we had elders sensitive to the cold. There was NO heating provided. When we requested it, the staff gave dismissive excuses. Watching our elders suffer in the freezing cold was painful. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no hot water in the morning, even after running the tap for 20 minutes. 3. Terrible Service & Dining: • Luggage: No assistance. We had to drag our bags 200m+ to the room and back. • Dinner: Promised at 9:00 PM; not served until 9:45 PM. • Breakfast: We were told the window was 8:00–9:00 AM. When we arrived, nothing was ready. Even at checkout (10:00 AM), food was still being prepped. We left hungry. • Checkout: No one was even at the reception desk to check us out. Verdict: Do not stay here. We paid a premium price for a miserable experience. Friends of ours stayed at a different camp"

"The Sonal Desert Camp was an exceptional experience. We stayed one night as a part of our family trip to India, and all 8 of us loved this peaceful reprieve from the bustle of India. The accommodations were clean and comfortable by western standards, the food was tasty, the cultural performance was lovely and the hospitality was genuine. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I’m particularly grateful that they were able to bring my elderly parents to the dunes to meet us for sunset. We had taken a camel ride to the dunes. Unfortunately we were too tired to go on the night excursions to the desert. "

"We had an amazing time at the camp. Food was great, the accommodations were clean, cozy, and comfortable. The entertainment provided by local group of singers and dancers was well done. We also took part in the camel ride activity and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. I wish I could upload pictures of Badshah, our camel and Kamal his driver. "
