My stay was during a heat wave. When I entered my room, the thermostat on the air conditioner was set at 61°, and the room was cool. But what I didn't initially notice was that it was damp. When I set the thermostat back on a more comfortable temperature, it became more apparent that it simply was not removing moisture from the air. On the day of my departure, after a two night stay, my clothing felt damp, as I put it on. Issue reported to front desk, but the desk staff said they don't know how they would fix it.
Also, the attached car dealerships have cars being picked up in the middle of the night, which can be noisy for sleep. It also makes accessing the hotel a bit strange, I've never had to go through a parking lot of a car dealership, to get to a hotel.
