Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new.
That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression.

It is right in the middle of Myeongdong shopping street and only a few minutes walk to the metro station. I love that they had a water dispenser/purifier in the room and a microwave and coffee machine in the pantry area. Rooms are basic but it is sufficient and worth the price paid for.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time.
I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won.
one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel.
we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view.
we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

Amazing location, it was close to pretty much all transportation, near the bus stop which also includes airport shuttle bus, and also a 300m walk to the closest subway station. There're also lots of food options around the hotel, and at least 4 convenience store located within walking distance. I would love to stay at this place again for my next visit, highly recommend to everyone!!
