I booked two rooms and arrived at 4:20 pm. Check-in started at 4. My other room wasn't ready until 5:30 pm. To top it off the elevators weren't working properly and that made getting back and forth to the front desk to get checked into the other room difficult. The elevators also made us late for events even though we gave plenty of time to wait on them. They also charged my card for an additional $58 for no reason. Highly don't recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in heart of denver downtown but they have huge construction going on 16 th street mall section which is the reason I got this hotel. Road was detoured on side way, construction noise was all the time.

I booked 2 queen beds they wanted to give me a king but i had two 13 year olds with me. When we got to the room there was one queen and a couch. Went back downstairs and told them. The room had a murphy type bed that they said they would send someone to pull it out. They didnt so after an hour or so we were leaving and i again told them. It was fixed when we returned but it was not the same kind of bed. It was hard. Was told they were running low on 2 queens.
