I loved staying here! There was a variety of breakfast options some of which changed daily. Coffee/hot chocolate available 24/7. Nice sized fridge and microwave in room. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They checked on us more than once by text. Our room had an amazing mountain view!
Small issues are the toilets flush very loud and I wish there was a soap dish at the sink. The bar of soap got stuck to the counter. We stayed a week and recommended it to our family for future guests.
Not only was my room dirty, sheets and towels stained but my car was broken into. Will not ever stay here again. I travel on business and am gone 4 days a week so I am in a hotel every week. This by far was one of the worst.
It was okay overall ,It would be great if they have better king side pillows on their kingside bed and also extra blanket and extra pillow. Our kind size bedrooms suite have 3 tinny pillow on the bed that looks super funny.
Staff was very friendly. The only not great thing was the refrigerator in the room. When the compressor was in it was extremely noisy, so much so, we had to unplug it at night which kinda defeats the purpose. They were full so they couldn't offer another room or replace the refrigerator.
Fire Alarm goes off at 7 a.m because they overcooked the bacon. Everyone had to evacuate and is cold outside. The breakfast was okay just took awhile for the staff to put more food out and it was dirty and a very small area.
We had a great time. My kids enjoyed the pool and they had a lot of options for breakfast. The banana pancakes were so good! The rooms were spacious and clean too.

The property was convenient to the activity I attended but the room definitely needed some upgrades. The heater was noisy, the bathroom faucet was loose, and the pipes banged when someone upstairs was taking a shower.
The staff was awesome so this is mostly for the hotel need of upgrades.
Our first night at around 10 pm someone decided to pull the fire alarm. For a Hampton we were somewhat disappointed at the furnishings. For some reason there was a light only on one side of the bed.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the pool. The hot tub was not operational (I think it wasn't usuable in December as well), and the water temperature was a bit cool.
Otherwise everything was excellent!
The fire alarm went off at 3AM and the night clerk was no where to be found. she was eventually found sleeping.

TV had a blue hue, told staff multiple times and they did nothing to correct it. It was very frustrating and annoying when trying to watch tv. We paid a decent amount to stay at this hotel and couldnt even get a working tv. They pool was also not working.
