"Staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is TV had bad reception and not enough of channels. It would have been nice to also have CBS, ABC and NBC. channels. Great restaurants in area."

"Simple but clean and renovated rooms. Quiet area but close to everything that you could want/need. Owner is onsite and is super helpful. Nice little fire pit area, cold brew available in the lobby and nicely stocked coffee/tea (and some snacks) in the rooms. Will 100% recommend to others!"

"We stayed in the suites. Large comfortable room, great kitchen. Location was good, everything in Dennis Port is close by. Loved being that close to the water. Price was good for off season. My spouse would have enjoyed a TV in the bedroom and a few complimentary coffee pods. May benefit from some shelves in the bathroom to place things on. Only hang up we had was that we were told the keys would be in the blue mailbox since we got in late at night and there would be no staff on the property. The keys were not left outside the suites in the mailbox. Tried to communicate by text with staff and had no call back. Also tried chat with Hotels.com that was no help with the specific problem. After about 15-20’ we found the envelope with our keys in a different mailbox at the building where the regular rooms are ( we thought we were going to have to sleep in the car)!😅"

"Everything at this hotel is what I want in a beachside resort. Easy access to the beach, outdoor pool, inside pool and outside hot tub. Kitchenette and fireplace. This was my 3rd stay and I will be back."

"Perfect for one or two people. There’s absolutely everything you need in the kitchenette. So nice to have a little couch/ place to sit beside the bed, and the back deck was lovely too. Will definitely be back."

"The room was very clean. Staff was great and friendly. The issue is with the bathroom. The tub was very slippery and did not have any hand railings. My friend and I used the tub for quick hand washing. Thank goodness we did not go swimming in the ocean. The pool was nice. We were unable to find a local TV channel for news and weather. This was the time to say, "Thank God for Cell Phone Apps"."
