Excellent location .

Located very close to the shopping district of Connaught Place. Right in the thriving area and still tucked away in a very quite place!!! The hotel is a little difficult to locate as it is tucked away in a narrow lane. But the advantage is that it is away from all the noise and crowd. Rooms are clean and large, although the bath area is very congested. Very close to the important Metro station of Rajiv Chowk.

Not worth the money at all

Poor service, poor quality overall ... dirty, dingy and noisy

Good location and value for money

My third stay here. Had to ask for a change of room as in the room I was given there was a loud clanking noise coming from above, which I knew would not allow me to sleep. That's the water pump on the roof staff told me, so are aware of the issue. The only room spare was right next to the kitchen area where meals are prepared and staff gather to have breakfast, which was noisy from 6:30 a.m. onwards. Not ideal, but I still slept OK, and the rooms are very clean with modern fittings so overall I feel the hotel is not bad value for its location.

Clean, quiet hotel in good location

My second stay here and all was fine. This is not a hotel with a lot of frills, but the rooms are modern, a good size, and kept very clean. The breakfast is quite limited, but adequate as long as you are not expecting a full buffet.

Quiet, modern hotel in good location

I chose this hotel mainly because it's near one of the airport metro stations (Shivaji Stadium) and I was staying just one night between flights. The room was clean and quiet I slept well, so I was happy with what I got.

Central Location, no internet.

I couldn't get internet service here at all, I could connect to the wifi, but it wasn't connecting to the internet. The room was central and the room met my needs but there wasn't anything special about this place, I don't think I would go back, I would try somewhere else.

centrally located, no real internet access.

The hotel was sufficient, it was very centrally located. It basically served it's purpose of being a good home base. The Wifi was basically non-existant though. Even when I could connect to the network I could not connect to the internet.

Not a bad option

Comfortable. But service not up to the mark. However, good breakfast made up for most of what they couldn't provide.

A special night in Dlehi

This was an extraordinary stay the staff went to so much trouble - beyond any possible standard to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. Including arranging some one to help carry our bags to the nearby metro when we left for the airport.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever..!! Seriously Worst..!

By mistake I booked it for one night. I had to stay for two nights so I called the Hotel 10 days before the stay to book the room for the next day also. They confirmed my booking. Still just to be sure i called them several times before my trip to confirm. Every time they told me "Sir, there is nothing to worry about. Your room is booked." And then when i went to the hotel for the stay, they told me at the time of check in that the room is not booked and there is nothing they can do to accommodate us. So we decided to leave the hotel the next day. When we were about to check out and go to our relative's place. They told us that they have booked a room for us and we can stay for the night. So we sent to our relative's and left our luggage at the hotel. When we came back at around 4 in the evening, they told us that they could not book the room and we need to check out !! Just imagine your hotel saying that you need to check out even when you have the booking of your room. They kept calling us telling that we need to leave even when they were the ones who told us to stay. After i contacted the higher authorities, they made some arrangements for us. But this was THE worst experience i ever had. .!! A Poorly Managed Hotel
