Comfortable stay during business trip

The receptionists were professional. The staff took me to the designated room on top floor. While the hotel looked attractive from outside, the interior appearance at top floor was rusty. The bathroom fittings were not quite efficient. The breakfast was good. Hotel has parking space on road, few flights of stairs before reaching reception (making it unfriendly for wheelchairs); rooms do not have carpets and hotel does not provide sleepers. Room had couple of mosquitos, which were warded off by anti-mosquito liquid vapourisers. I opted for the hotel because the place where I was scheduled to spend the night was reportedly mosquito infested and had no protection. Hotel to that extent provided comfortable night stay.

It was the most horrible experience. This hotel does not have parking so we were told to park outside the hotel which was quite dark. Around 9:30 when we left the hotel, someone clicked our pic and when started our car the same guys followed us in scorpio. We took so many wrong turns to double confirm but they were continuously following us. Fortunately we didn’t leave the main roads and after around 1 hour when we were about to enter Delhi then they came in front of Us and took a u turn. I strongly feel that these people were regular there who follows people leaving hotel during night and then took their money. So please be extra careful while booking this hotel. It’s not at all safe. The next day when we told the same to hotel staff, they took it very lightly that why you calling us you should have informed police. So guys please be safe and extra careful for this hotel

A good hotel and decent one at this location. The service was fine. Though the hotel has been well kept from cleanness perspective, the are wear and tear visible on quite a few things of the hotel property. It is not a bugging issue. The food was good and the breakfast spread was also nice.

Overall it was present stay considering huge exhibition in the area. The staff tried to make our stay comfortable even though the hotel was full plus there was wedding at the hotel. Food was the plus point. Biggest draw back of the hotel is poor internet connection.

Car park is not available, need to pork car outside the compound. Could see mosquitoes and also saw a rat in one of the rooms. It must not happen and is not acceptable at any cost. Rooms bed sheets and covers could be more hygienic, tidy and clear. As I entered the room, I could see pieces of hairs on the sheets. Staff members are good and friendly. Room service is fair. Restaurant food is good. Location is acceptable (but exterior i.e. outside the hotel compound, it could be further built and made through municipality).
