Very neat and clean room with adequate space. The staffs were very cooperative. I didn’t find any problem while locating the hotel. Check in was smooth and easy. The hotel is still under Renovation and the rest was very nice. Would highly recommend for people who are looking for hotel and service under affordable budget nearby airport.

Not at all cooperative staff . I opted and paid for early checkin option on Expedia but while arriving at facility front desk staff refused to let us check in early and asked for additional proof.. and asked us pay extra for early check in .. I had to cancel and rebook to show him the early check in option .. Mentioned as welcome drink ..nothing other than water they served. There was construction going on within the facility which made it very noisy to rest and sleep.. and when we asked to stop they asked us please adjust … It was a very bad experience here .. not at all recommended.. I paid for early check and breakfast while booking the hotel.. we asked if they can give breakfast on the check in day as we were not staying overnight but they refused bluntly ..

This was a budget option as a last minute booking. I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the food was tasty, and the AC in the room worked well. No complaints here.

When I arrived in the afternoon, (it was past check-in time), they could not find my booking. Eventually, I was taken to my room, which looked nothing like the pictures – the pictures are misleading. The room was dark, dirty, and had a strong smell. I left straight away; ordered a taxi and went to a different hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. The area around it wasn't very pleasant either and my taxi driver had difficulty navigating the narrow streets.

This is a budget hotel near the airport. So, my expectations were low. I went with my family of 5 and booked 2 rooms. I was greeted well by the staff and check-in was easy. The hotel looked dated, but was under new management. The rooms were very spacious and quiet. AC worked well. Some minor repairs are needed on the property (phone didn't work, shower head was clogged, fan was squeaky) but overall the room was comfortable. The floors could use a deep cleaning in the rooms and hallway. The staff was very kind and the food was tasty at breakfast. Overall, we were very happy with the value of this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Tv was not working when we ask the staff they said cable not included in the rent, I paid for the breakfast, but they were not allowing us to have breakfast, when I call Expedia then they allowed, I paid for 1 king room and 2 kind bed room but they gave us 2 rooms with one one king beds after having argument with staff they finally gave us what we paid for, overrated

I AM SURPRISED THAT THIS HOTEL IS PART OF EXPEDIA. ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE. IT WAS VERY DIRTY AND STAFF WAS VERY UNHELPFUL. DINNER WAS SERVED AFTER 1.5 HRS. I WILL REQUEST EPEDIA TO REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR WEBSITE.

Awesome stay experience we got while stating at Mayda Prime, very helpful staff, quite safe over the night security staff is there. It has a restaurant too which serves delicious food 24 hours. A family hotel environment.

Nice to be there as all staff are good and helpful, we felt safe while staying there. There are dining option too which runs 24 hours. Easy access to the hotel from the airport. Hotel has a big parking space which is really good about this property.
