Worst Customer Service

They Didn't Provide the bill i called so many times and they asked to send a mail, even after multiple mails and calls no response, worst service, I personally recommend don't book this hotel

Reservation was 2 room with extra bed (2pcs: 1 room 1 extra bed). They give us 3 keys, 3 rooms; 1 room with 1 extra bed and 2 rooms, after that Hotel staff try to get extra charges because we have 1 extra room. Finally they (with little fight) take back 1 room key and get extra bed to second room. When checkout they try to charge us, thus we have prepaid those rooms via ebookers (little fight again).

Helpful staff

I stayed here to wait out a 3:45 am flight the next morning. I had gotten mehendi on my hands at a market in Delhi and the staff was super helpful, helping me into my room so I didn't mess up the designs. I didn't end up having time to sleep or eat , but there were many places nearby (open late) that I felt safe to walk to if I had. Room was not the cleanest but was acceptable for a night's stay. It was slightly cold in January. I'd stay here again when looking for a budget room near the airport.

Very convenient to airport. Helpful staff.

Liked this hotel because it was close to delhi airport & easy to get to. Helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet. Didnt eat the western brekky but a few minutes away had a delicious indian breakfast.

OK for a night

Located in Aerocity, 7 min walk from the subway station. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Very basic facilities. The A/C did not seem to work so we had to use the fan. Very slow wifi (at least on the 3rd floor) They offer taxi service for the airport for 250 INR but it find a better price at another hotel of the same street. Overall, OK for a night.

Nice and Comfy Stay

I have stayed at Eurostar multiple times and each time has been wonderful. The good things of the hotel is that they have clean bedding, hot water round the clock and large LED TVs in their rooms. The best part of the hotel is the quality of service by staff which is like 5 stars. They are courteous, polite and helpful. I think this is the most important part of a hotel stay. The WiFi was however quite unstable.

Clean room, quiet, friendly staff. Taxi driver had difficulties to find the hotel.

Good for a short stay

The Hotel is good for a short stay like one night or so. The only advantage is its location being very near to the IG Airport. Though the room is well maintained, the telephone and WiFi were not working!! The elderly person in the reception was very cordial.

Okay

Just using this hotel for a one night layover as I was preparing to leave India after a one month trip heading to Bali. It's okay. The pre-paid taxi fare from the airport is only 100 rupees. They put me at the end of the hall where construction was going on. The wifi was spotty. The room was clean though. For the price I paid I would stay there again as an over nighter. Nothing more.

まぁまぁかなって

インドにしてはまぁまぁかなっていうホテルです。ただ、深夜1時につき現地で車をお願いしたところ、「車は出ません」の一言で済まされたのはちょっと怖かったですね…。結局「地雷」と呼ばれる現地のタクシーを使って深夜2時くらいに到着しましたが、どこか別の場所に連れて行かれるのではないかと思いヒヤヒヤしました。

Cheap, close to airport, honest

Stayed there twice. Super deluxe had a working shower head, the Deluxe room had a leaky shower head that wasn't wall mounted. But for the price it's great. Clean, close to the airport, and a decent breakfast with eggs. I asked the staff if the airport taxi was 500 ruppees like I'd heard, but they were honest and said: "No. It's 250 rupees."

Worst experience

The owner does not know the ethics of Hospitality Industry, he shouted like anything and did not agree to listen anything. , once he refused to give us room , in spite of the fact that the room was already booked by us. One must not stay in this hotel even u r offered free occupation.

Bad service and smelly rooms

Upon our arrival we had to wait for a room to be allocated to us. The first room had an ac which was out of order where we had to wait for an hour. The next room given to us was smelling of urine and bathroom in bad condition. We had no option but take this room since the ac worked in that room. The service, hotel conditions are poor.

Great Airport Hotel

Comfortable, clean, and very quiet hotel 10 minute taxi ride from New Delhi Airport. A perfect place to rest during a long flight layover. Taxi drivers sometimes find the location difficult, so be sure to have the address and cell phone number with you.

Just for an overnight stay

The hotel is just an overnight stay b&b. Mainly used for transit as it is very near to the international airport. Very basic and small room. Sleep quality was good.

Having stayed at this hotel before Had a overnight stop over The staff were very kind and helpful at 2am provided us with completmenty tea even for our family members who dropped us of . Close to airport 250 rupees the taxi charged us . Clean room hot water had a little breakfast. Not bad for £11.would defo use again and recomend.
