"Awesome hotel and staff!"

"My shower/tub was not working. No water at all coming out. I had my daughter’s wedding the next day and was unable to get a shower for the event. I went to front desk and told about the problem and said I would be out all so they could come fix it. When I returned after wedding I still could not shower because it was not fixed and there was no sign of anyone being there. Our other room looked like the bed was not made and the windows and screens broken on the first floor room. I was extremely disappointed and was not expecting this experience for my daughter’s wedding. "

"The room, staff and hotel were exceptional. The only problem we had was the air conditioning system would kick on, make a loud noise and wake us up, throughout the night. That was a little unpleasant. Other then that, no complaints ~ Wendy"

"The staff was so welcoming and so sweet! Everyone was so nice and I really enjoyed my stay! I really liked that my room had a welcome screen with my name on it, that was such a nice personalized touch that made me feel at home. Everything was so clean and the room was beautiful! Absolutely loved my stay!"

"Room was beautifully clean but NO luggage rack, and only (1) nightstand and lap for double bed room. There saw ANY breakfast bread to toast and plain (ONLY) bagels. No condiments (cream cheese)"

"Loved my stay there everything was perfect. The only thing I could say is I really wasn’t told that my purchase did not include the breakfast so I woke up in the morning to go down early to have breakfast. We were a little disappointed. I just wish I was would’ve been told but other than that everything was great."
