"There had been water damage and in process for repairs, so the first floor was not available. The second floor was the only rooms available. It was an older facility, however, my room and hallways were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was sparse because the kitchen area also had water damage. All in all a pleasant stay and good value for the price."
