"Nothing like checking in with an advanced 4 day reservation booked via Expedia only to be coldly told not our problem bc you booked via 3rd party site that they don’t have a room for you. Then listen to the staff complain about Expedia and realize they didn’t mark rooms as clean that were, artificially reducing inventory.
