"A perfect family hotel for our trip to Banff. Comfortable beds, clean and modern bathroom, lots of storage for a longer stay where you want to unpack your belongings. The lobby is so inviting with its roaring fire and the inside terraces have the cozy scent from the fireplace. The rooftop hot pools were a hit at the end of our busy days, we could enjoy the mountains while soaking and relaxing. The location is within a short walk of some incredible restaurants and shops on Banff Ave and within walking distance of Bow Falls. Would come back again and again!"

"As an Okotoks local working in Canmore, I have stayed in many places in the area over the years. Canmore has gotten very busy, and your place was the only availability I could find for my week-long emergency work call-out. While the property is older, it is exceptionally well done, small, and simple. It really reminds me of growing up in simpler times. My only minor issue was with the shower in my cabin, where the hot and cold water controls were reversed. No big deal. That said, it offers a great experience for anyone wanting a rustic, camping-like feel while staying warm and comfortable. I plan on staying here as much as I can in the future. Great work, and please don't change a thing. Best regards, Kyle Guest"
