"Walked into the room to find the drawer front missing and the contents of the drawer showing. The front of the refrigerator was dirty. The carpets at the elevator were dirty. The refrigerator in the breakfast area was unclean and did not make for a good eating experience. The trash cans were overflowing and the lobby area had dirt around the rugs were it looked like it was just clean constantly cleaning around it without cleaning under it. The front desk attendant was nice but on phone when arrived. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, pet-friendly and cold AC which really felt good since it was so hot and muggy outside. Microwave is small but it works great for tv dinners. The bathtub was deep and the shower head felt great while taking a shower. "

"Staff was extremely accommodating and kind. They had a challenging system update yet prioritized our comfort and upgraded us so we weren't affected by the inconvenience. So grateful after a really long day of exhausting traveling. Highly recommend. "

"The gentle man at the front desk was absolutely so very kind! He went above and beyond!! We did get a smoking room,(Only available )so the room obviously smelled like smoke from the time when walked in and of course it was all over the bedding. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. It’s not the best area but I would stay again. Hope this helps"

"Dirty everywhere (shower, floor, wall frames). Something adhered to the wall. In 2 areas- gross. Two bags of trash leaned against outside room wall. Still there when we checked out. Laundry & ice room ( no snacks) filthy. There was actually discarded face masks on the ice machine. Disgusting. Wish we could have gotten our money back & went elsewhere. Breakfast offered was cold cereal & a pop tart. Don’t waste your money. We spent the same amount the previous night ( super 8 also) . That location was wonderful, clean, &cozy. "
