"From me booking i sent an email to stay i might get three an hour early so can i just wait at the reception.I did not get a reply and on getting there ,there was this elderly man at the reception who was very rude towards my sister and i. We stood there for almost 30mints as he appeared to be very angry...we literraly had to ask if he didn't notice us and if we could sit down and all he said was he was busy and had to attend to people. So we had to ignore him and go sit down as we were tired....
