The Star Grand Brisbane
10/10 Excellent
"A really brilliant hotel, nice views, quite room, brilliant restaurants (particularly the Italian on Level 4, exceptional) right in the CBD, walk to everything. Awesome. "
"Great hotel with clean room, comfortable bed and an amazing breakfast. It’s right next to Uptown Shopping Centre and Queen St Mall where there are lots of takeaway food options, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and fashion shops. About a five minute walk to the CityCat ferry, South Bank, museum and Queensland Performing Arts Centre."
"The Restaurant Food was very enjoyable.5* for the Savoury Mince at Breakfast. The Prawn Linguini was very nice - a little oily but will be back for another serve.
A relaxed atmosphere and tremendous staff.
My room rather small had all the comforts found in hotel rooms. Small fridge was OK except full of minibar items which I never use in any hotel.Little tubs of milk are of a bygone era. There are better options. Very clean room, bed and pillows very comfortable. Enjoyed nice hot showers."
"Obviously for security reasons, but we were unable to easily access friends in other rooms without meeting them in the reception and sharing the lift with them."
"Wonderful stay, staff and facilities amazing. Breakfast was a highlight. The room was beautifully appointed and very thoughtfully fitted out with lots of storage and shelving. Great location and easy to walk everywhere."
