Nice clean motel. WiFi service was not consistent. And rooms were centrally heated, we found it very warm. Overall a good location close to Munich out of huddle & bussle

Reception closes at night.. dont arrive too late..
Arrived at the hotel late due to flight delays only to find the reception closed... Finally found a note on the door to say the key has been left in the petrol station across the road.. bit of a pain to put all the luggage back in the car, find the petrol station, handed an envelope. With no one around from the hotel to help or answer any questions, its not the best first impression. Apart from that, the hotel stay was not bad and the "hot" breakfast provided was quite reasonable. Need a car to get to and from the hotel... and there is nothing apart from Burger King next door. Cant figure out why the bed has a LARGE (almost like a bean bag size) and one very small pillow. Why can not provide standard size ones?

The room was good and clean, but the airconditioning did not work. It was very hot in the room and it did not cool down, despite of open window at night. The breakfast the next morning was excellent.

This was a last minute booking so I didn't pay much attention to the room amenities. GOOD: The price was low and optimal. The staff was very nice and check-in was efficient. Breakfast buffet was good. BAD: The room had no safe and no mini-refrigerator. The air-conditioning was non-effective and the room was very uncomfortable until the evening when it cooled outside a bit.

Horrible. We had booked our room for 2 people. Upon arrival there was one pillow, one blanket, one towel (more like sandpaper disguised as a towel). The bed squealed even when lifting my head off the pillow as it was clearly broken. The bed was not a typical European hotel bed. It was a very old mattress on top of 2 slats and sank in the middle making it very difficult to sleep on top of being uncomfortable. After reviewing the hotel/room amenities, we decided to ask for the roll away beds that should have been available to us. They were not. So we slept on the floor instead. After reading the reviews on breakfast, we decided not to spend 10€ per person on their food. Instead we went to the Miss Pepper diner next to the gas station ("American style" food, but not really and no English menu). The location is very close to the autobahn and surprisingly quiet due to that fact however the rooms are not soundproofed as advertised. The hotel has clearly spent more money on their lobby than investing in the comfort of their guests. And in case you were wondering where every hotel decor item from the 80's has gone, you can find them here. Very outdated facilities (except for the lobby).

It felt so homey because when you entered there was free coffee and tea and cake . That was so welcoming and it was served 24 hours. The room was cleaned and the decor was up to date. There were extra plugs, telephone and a small tv.

I took my Germany trip in the summer, and I'm not a fan to the hot weather, so when I booked my hotels, one of the requirements are they have to have air conditioning. On the room amenities on expedia, it said they have air conditioning, but in fact, they don't. Not in the room. Not even in the lobby. My room even had a few spider webs.

I participated Conference in Augsburg confress Center. I had a car and situation was nicely by the highway so it was easy to go to convention. Take care to pu the post code to navigator because there's another Robert Bosch strasse 1 in Augsburg Lechhausen. I wondered because the was no hotel. After calling to hotel I got this advice.

Right off the autobahn!
Very friendly staff - breakfast was not worth 10 euro - very close to the autobahn so a great stop if traveling. Had dinner at a "diner" which was a 5 minute walk away that was lots of fun. Room was clean but really needed the soap in the shower to be more accessible. Did have great stations available for the TV.

Ok hotel and nice staff.
Good hotel for a business trip. Nice staff, clean room, free parking and comfy bed. Altough there is no minibar in the room, the receptionist was kind enough to keep something in a refrigerator for me. They gave me an iron and an ironing board when I asked for one. Just next to it there is a Burger King. The only downsize of this hotel was the smell until you got to the car - it was exactly as you were in a pig yard - but this smell was in the entire area (including Augsburg), since they use it as a natural fertilizer. So not their fault, plus..you could't feel the smell in the room :)

The hotel is located near the highway to Augsburg near a petrol station and a Burger King. In the middle of March there are a lot of farming activities in the area and it smells like a pig farm. The hotel is simple and clean, the rooms and the hotel design is similar to the 90s. The parking space and wifi is free(wifi connection fairly good), which is a good a thing. The morning breakfast is quite good with a lot of bavarian specialties.

Friendly staff and convenient location
I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who made every effort to make my stay comfortable and had helpful recommendations for nearby dinner locations. The hotel is easy to find from the A8 autobahn; location is a bit far from Augsburg despite the hotel's name, but the drive into the city proved to be pretty easy. Nice range of choices at breakfast as well. Glad to have free parking and Wi-Fi, always a plus in Europe.

Good location, great friendly staff!
Brilliant staff made my stay really pleasant. Good breakfast as well and good vaue at €10, wake up Novotel! Only disappointment was no restaurant and, to make things worse, the local cuisine restaurant was closed as it was a Monday. Thank goodness for the adjacent Burger King!

Convenient to Munich
Right off the Autobahn and right next to a diner, Burger King, and some gas stations. 30-40 min from Munich. Stayed on our way to Oktoberfest. Reception closes at 11pm so don't arrive late. Lights were out in Hallway, no AC (typical for Europe), but it was $83 and just a quick stop before the high prices in Munich. Not bad overall.

The hotel staff were great and spoke enough English to match my poorer German. The room was standard Euro size. Since this was my first stay in a regular German hotel I am not sure what to say about the bed. Comparing it to American beds it was very hard, but may be similar to other German beds. We slept poorer due to the bed but overall it was a nice clean safe place.

Good stay for business travel.
Ideally situated just off the autobahn, and only 40 minutes from Munich Airport. Plenty of fast food restaurants nearby, or you can find other restaurants if you want real food. The hotel staff were very helpful, as I arrived quite late. Parking can be an issue though, if the hotel is full. You can park outside of the hotel, but you should ask the staff where is best. Overall, it was a good stay.

The hotel itself was good; comfy beds, lovely staff, nice shower, very quiet, safe carpark. The location was just off the motorway, so not much to do in the local vicinity apart from a surprisingly nice burger bar. Overall perfect for an overnight stay

Great hotel but a fair way from anything.
Staff greeted us warmly even though we didn't arrive until 10pm. I had been in contact about getting a package delivered there for me to collect. They were very prompt with their response and quick to hand me the package when I arrived. There was free tea and coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. The staff asked if there was anything else we needed. The room was clean and what you expect from a Best Western. I liked the touch of welcome drink and gummy bears. A good night sleep and plenty of hot water in the morning. A friendly yet efficient check out in the morning.

The room was pretty much an oven - it happened to be a very hot day, and there was no way to cool down, no AC! They did give us a little fan, but didn't help much! And being on the ground floor, couldn't leave our window open to some fresh air.

At check in I experienced that the reception closes at 23.00 at night until next morning, which was iritating for me since I needed te reception in that period, also the rooms where very hot and could have used an airconditon of some kind. and last but not least, very irritating that on the TV there where around 20 German TV stations but only one English speaking station (one of the news channels) one or two English speaking movie channels where desperatly needed. Otherwise nice and clean rooms and nice with a bathtub.

Very good for a short stay
A very good and very reasonable hotel for short stay. Good points: free internet and location close to the motorway. Bad points: mattress needed replacing, bed creaked and breakfast was chaotic. The surrounding amenities are not great but the hotel itself is quite pleasant. The staff are very polite, efficient and keen to help.

Hotel actually in Dasing, about 10km from Augsburg. Hotel convenient to Autobahn, EZ off/EZ on. Arrived late: room was ready: clean and tidy. Great for a quick road-warrior over night stay. Restaurant only offer breakfast.

Very clean and tidy. Very well situated if traveling further south (Austria and Italy) Very close to Macdonalds if you dont fancy a continental breakfast. If all you want is a comfortable clean room in a good location for the autobahn you cant go far wrong with this one.

I couldn't ask for more. the over all. The service was very good. the room was clean. The coffee free service was great. Also the free internet was exceptional. Couldn't ask for more. Except since the hotel is the country. There were occasional mosquitoes. ONLY if you open your windows. Other wise no problems. Very peaceful and serene location. Burger King and McDonald are in the walking distance.

I think we must have set our expectations too high after reading reviews for this hotel. We weren’t expecting the best or the worst, but a fairly nice stay when we chose this hotel. PROS: The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff was courteous, friendly, and polite. They had employees who spoke decent English. The rooms have plenty of room, especially the bathroom. The hotel was easy to find (right off the highway). CONS: Currently, the hotel is located near construction. No internet access (actually, the computer had a coin slot for use). Unfortunately, breakfast is extra/charged to the room. The complimentary coffee/tea water dispenser had cold water. The bar is actually a vending machine with bottles of alcohol. The hotel does not have a restaurant on location. The shower was added in after the bathroom was built (shower connected to the bathtub faucet). The bed was very uncomfortable (we both woke up with pains from the springs) and we had to ask for extra pillows. NO AIR CONDITIONING (we were so grateful we did not stay at this hotel in the heat of the summer); therefore, no air circulation in the room (stuffy and hot). The hotel was very outdated, 1960’s décor, actual key deadbolt for the door lock. The TV literally had to warm up before it came on. Only restaurants within walking distances were fast-food. OVERALL: 2 star hotel. We would not recommend this hotel unless it is a last resort or if you’re not picky. We would recommend the owners invest serious money in revamping this hotel in order to increase the number of guests and the overall reviews.

Gut gelegenes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Gegend.
Gut gelegenes Hotel (unmittelbar an der A8) mit genügend kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Trotzdem liegt es sehr ruhig. Wir waren für eine Nacht dort und haben besonders genossen, dass am Sonntag die Frühstückszeit bis 11:00 Uhr war.
