"Pictures are beautiful... hotel is not quite as clean (floors and carpets) and furniture is worn (some stains). Location is right across from the train station. Some challenges getting in touch with hotel management as we had access issues. On the plus, they were polite and did do their best to be helpful once we connected. "The room and facilities were top shelf! Lots of space in the room and I loved the balcony. The washroom was clean and spacious. Very quiet and the golf course looked amazing (too bad we couldn’t play!). The location was out of town but access to the City was easy. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were excellent and helpful. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. "
