Dated and unkempt. They seem to very slowly make improvements. Not walkable. Great access to Soufriere destinations if you have a car or don't mind paying to be picked up by tour operators. Works best as a place to mostly rest (if you are exploring attractions) rather than a resort.
The views are amazing and the limited-availability infiniti pool is great. Giving it a generous 4-star because we drove, the location was good, and we were either off-resort or in the infiniti pool.
