"The AC was actually too good. I had to turn it off both nights of my stay. No bugs. Very clean. Broken pavement. Two major complaints. I was overcharged higher than price I booked online. They did fix after payment on-site went through. It took 10+ minutes. But they sent me to my room while they worked on the refund. Secondly, I had a "Do Not Disturb" on the door knob plus my car was parked right outside my room. Yet a housemaid opened my door without knocking to clean the room."
