"No A/C? The wall unit is only for looks in October. It was hot in the room, and I was sweating. Called the front desk to complain and they turned it on for me on their end. Gym consists of 4 machines, no way to clean after use. Not foreigner friendly, not many speak complete English. No moisturizer in bathroom. ..."
