"I booked a family unit with one double bed and two singles only go get there to one bed. The lady we called said we will have to pay extra for every person who will be sleeping in their unit. We had to fight for one more person and ended up looking for another guest house for the other two people yet we paid for the family unit."

"Very comfortable stay. Quality bed ensured good night's rest. Lovely hot water all the time. Kitchen not up to standard, lacking items like no spoons and no drying cloth. Crockery found in the cupboard was greasy and dirty upon arrival. Had to wash before able to use. Towels sub-standard quality. Property is well maintained and with a little more attention to the units, it could be a really nice resort! "

"I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Room 603 However, my aircon dod not blow cold at all. The Hot water in my room took 15 mins to come, an extreme waste of water. This was with the maintenance crew standing and pouring the taps i could not use thw shower as the cold tap was not functional. I was then assisted to tey find a new room. Of which we tried 612, 311 & 200 and something, not one of the rooms aircons worked. Nor did any of thw taps run hot in under 5 mins of pouring...

"We were greeted warmly by our host. Lots of secure parking, lovely garden and pool. Comfortable room, very clean but maybe a little dated. WiFi was good. Even with load shedding a very nice breakfast was served. The staff were so nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"OUTSIDE is unkempt, hardly looks like a hotel. old paint,old everything. Water just flows on the pavements. Cant tell if its sewer water or what its a bad picture for a hotel. There was no safe in my room but online they claim to have a safe in every room. Inside is better. The name of the hotel is not visible. Wifi terrible, does not work most of the day when it works very very slow.. Receiving calls a nightmare. The phones inside the rooms hardly work. Catering staff very good. Room cleaners...
