"We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again."

"I’m a dedicated Marriott: Bon Voy member. I’ve traveled the globe staying at Ritz Carlton locations for decades. Upon arrival the check in was very smooth and was greeted respectfully by the front desk. During my stay the coffee shop located un lobby had the entire system go down so could serve guests. The service pool side and their drinks were exceptionally poor. The tv in the room didn’t work and when explaining I was offered points as a solution. The construction was so noisy it’s impossible...

"We were in Rockwall for our sons wedding so we had several rooms. Our group alone had 7 rooms. They did not clean the rooms even though we put the hang tag on the door saying we needed service. They only brought clean towels after I called. The air conditioning in the whole hotel was out for hours. Bar service was extremely slow."
