Iy is called the Granite Town. Not much there or to see. Everywhere else is about 60-90 minutes drive on pleasurable roads.

Staff were amazing, the hotel could do with a freshen up in the corridors but when things were wrong in the room the staff were dead helpful. Nice area too.

Lovely hotel, stopped for 1 night on the way up to a wedding in Ayr. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, room was comfortable and clean. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, would like to return.

Been here before.love the hotel and facilities.Rooms could do with updating in terms of sockets/usb and furnishings but all clean and warm.What is very disappointing is that there is no signage from the road anymore and neither the entrance,the long(@1mile driveway and the car park are not lit.I ...
