"La habitación estaba sucia, debajo de la cama había objetos que supongo eran de huéspedes anteriores lo q quiere decir q no limpian bien la habitación, estuve por una semana y nunca sacaron mi basura ni vino la gente de limpieza, tampoco llevaron toallas limpias. Las áreas comunes están descuidadas y algo sucias. Se siente como si convivieras con homeless. No parece un lugar seguro."

"We booked this hotel specifically so we could use the water park. We arrived at the water park to find all the slides and kiddie pools were shut down. We were not informed ahead of time or even at check in. Very disappointing stay."
