Love the scent & xmas deco of hotel.. room is ok cleanliness ok as well. Only thing that needs to be improved is the staff. This is the only hotel throughout my taiwan stay that i find under par. Breakfast isnt a full crowd but service is slow on topping up food and hot water. Unfriendly staff with nonchalant attitude.
