Pros and cons
Pros: The hotel decorated the room and sent us a birthday cake after I told them it was my girlfriend’s birthday. The room is comfortable, clean and new. Cons: The check-in service is super slow, which took us nearly half an hour. And I can't believe the staff opened the door without my permission ...
