Hotel was good and staff were friendly. There is a pool with a slide and sauna but some of the hotel is showing its age. The continental breakfast was good but did not have the same variety as other hotels we experienced across Vietnam. The hotel location is good in that it is close to the beach, Marble Mountains and the downtown area where the bars and restaurants are but the streets are not walking friendly so you’ll need to get a Grab ride between - which is not necessarily a problem just another thing to consider.

Very happy with our stay .... especially for the price! Whilst not in the very thick of things, easily walkable and Grab easily available. Indoor pool and saunas a plus. Room was very spacious and clean.

Big, clean, great service, will stay again.

Big room, very comfortable bed, big bathroom, very clean, very good breakfast buffet, arranged for motorscooter Rental for me. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Convenience store very close, excellent massage place also very close. I stayed for the Ironman triathlon in May, plenty of space to assemble my bike in the bedroom. Lift easily fits Bike and you can exit through basement car park to the road.

The hotel was wonderful. It is very close to the beach. The bedrooms are gorgeous especially considering how inexpensive the reservation cost was. The bed was big and luxurious and the bathroom had a beautiful decor and was very large. And the reception staff were amazing. I had a problem with my reservation that was entirely my fault and two women at the reception desk were very kind and went out of their way to fix it for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great. The access to the public beach is just across the street. There are many convenient and grocery stores around. Everything else is a short ride by car or 20-30 min walk. The staff is well trained, professional, polite and helpful. The building is high quality. The room design is nice except it's the kind with an window between the sleep area and the bathroom. The bed is comfortable. The furniture is classic VNmese and high quality. Breakfast is good but could have more vegetarian options. Will not mind being back

Overall the hotel was very nice. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The bell boy helped us take all our luggage to our room on arrival with trolley. Unfortunately the only problems we had was with the rudeness of the female staff that wears glasses. She is very rude and discourteous. When checking out the night shift bell boy came to our room without the trolley early morning. He only helped me with one bag while I struggled with the rest and seemed more interested in just inspecting the condition and contents of the room on check out. The horrible/sour women at the hotel would never say hello, would ignore you and would be more interested in playing with her mobile phone then acknowledging you. What a shame! On a good note the younger bell boy on day shift is very nice/helpful. The older gentleman on day shift reception is also nice and maybe he is the manger, because the two female staff have a different attitude when he is on duty. The hot water boiler for the room only holds 20 litres of hot water and will only lasts for a 10 minute shower, then goes cold on you. The bath in the room is useless, because the hot water boiler tank can not supply enough water to make a bath. The bed mattress is absolutely rock hard.

i like the friendliness of the staff, my room was nice and comfy and breakfast was decent with a variety of cuisines. Everything was great. my friends room: everything was great except they freshly just painted the wood and bed so it smells like shhh... literally threw up from all the chemical toxic smell (smelled like when you boiled stinky bamboo shoots for hours). We are being honest, we loved everything but one of the rooms smelled like 2 tanks of gasoline in there

Royal Suite was perfection

Fabulous 'Royal Suite'! We got a great price on a last minute deal and couldn’t believe our luck, as the standard was very impressive. The suite felt very luxurious and clean. The bed was massive and so comfortable. Excellent views and quiet room. Staff were polite and friendly. The pool area was pleasant and peaceful. Our only criticism is that we had an issue where one staff member told us the dumplings were vegan at breakfast, only to find out later that they contained pork! It may have been a translation error, so perhaps labels in other languages to show ingredients on food items would help (especially for those with allergies). We had notified staff ahead of arrival (as well as upon arrival) of our dietary requirements. The only other issue we found was that not all the functions worked on the shower, but there were three options and one worked fine, so we could still wash.

Beautiful property. Kinda on the outskirt of popular activties and location but when a grab only cost a buck to get to those areas the hotel is worth it. As for the bed, who likes big fluffy pillows?
