Amazing resort. Beautiful, clean, loads of included activities: 90 minutes of spa per day, bicycles, yoga, bamboo boats, evening river cruise. Breakfast was excellent. Close to Hoi an- only $1-2 grab rides. People were incredibly friendly and helpful.

This was a real retreat from the hot street of beautiful Hoi An. The spa treatments were superb and the staff made sure I was content at all times. Loved riding the bamboo bike around the property - and make sure to have the ceviche in the restaurant!

The villa offered a truly luxurious experience during my 4-day stay. The modern and chic interior design was a visual treat, especially the unique fusion with traditional Vietnamese elements. I particularly loved the spaciousness of the 2-bedroom layout, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the service was impeccable, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Our stay at Namia River Retreat was unforgettable, and so many things stood out in the best way possible. The room was beautifully designed and absolutely spotless, creating a calm, luxurious atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredible—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every part of our stay perfect. The amenities were exceptional, but the real highlights were the experiences. The spa service was the best my wife and I have ever had—deeply relaxing, expertly delivered, and truly world-class. We also enjoyed the best dining experience we had in all of Vietnam; every dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. Another great touch was the availability of pedal bikes, which made exploring the area fun and effortless. Namia River Retreat exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We left feeling refreshed, well cared for, and already planning our return. Highly recommended.

Just finished a wonderful 6 night stay at Namia. All of the prior reviews are accurate, thankfully. Exceptional service, including by our host Viet who helped make our smooth and enjoyable. 2 BR villa with pool was very comfortable and the pool was huge and a highlight for our kids. Worth the splurge in our opinion.

Amazing - hidden gem

This resort is amazing! Probably one the best resort we have stayed at. The service is fantastic and the staff goes the mile for you. We loved our two bedroom villa with our private pool! The architecture is stunning and fit naturally with the environment around. The spa is included in the package price like all activities on the resort. The treatments was so good and beautiful prepared. The resort have convenient shuttle service to the old town and to the beach. This a hidden gem! Thanks for a wonderful stay Thảo and Duy, we will definitely come back!

Amazing premium boutique hotel

This is a new hotel and really stunning. Amazing design and styling. The all inclusive spa treatments every day are great (but we didnt use all of ours). It was quiet when we stayed (not sure because of timing or newness) and which meant it lacked a little bit of atmosphere. There are 2 restaurants which served a lovely breakfast but after 4 nights (inc 1 eating out) we were struggling a bit with choice. It almost feels as though this is the soft opening and they are still making some tweaks.

Best hotel in Hoi An

My wife, our 13-year-old son and I stayed at Namia for 3 nights at the end of January 2025. We couldn't have had a better experience. We stayed in a family room facing the river, which is absolutely beautiful. There are two bedrooms, which guarantees total privacy, as well as a pleasant living room and a beautiful infinity pool. The food is very good and I recommend at least getting half board, as it is worth it. We liked both restaurants and the caring and impeccable service. The spa is magnificent. We had the best massages of our lives there. It is a unique experience that I recommend to everyone. The 90 minutes are very well used to provide a lot of relaxation for all guests. We did some tours and loved them. The Vespa tour is lively and takes you to places far beyond the touristy ones. It was one of the best moments of our trip, full of culture and information. The cocktail tour was also incredible. Initially we thought that 4 hours would be too long, but in the end we realized that it was not enough, since each place was different from the other, and our guide was perfect. It was a wonderful opportunity to get to know the center of Hoi An, but away from the crowds. The sunset boat trip, offered by Namia himself, is also a must. With delicious cocktails and canapés, it offers a unique view of the city. We couldn't have chosen better. Namia will be missed, and we hope to one day be able to return to this wonderful hotel.

No sabría muy bien por donde empezar, ya que este hotel ha superado todas las expectativas en todos los aspectos. La habitación es inmejorable, espaciosa, luminosa, limpia, muy bien equipada y con piscina y terraza. El personal es muy educado, agradable, simpático, y extremadamente profesional en todos los ámbitos, empezando por el anfitrión que te asignan a tu llegada, en nuestro caso Quynh, que ha estado increible. Los servicios son de lujo, empezando por el spa y el tratamiento se 90 minutos diarios incluidos en la reserva de la habitación, que dejan a otros hoteles de la misma categoría en los que nos hemos hospedado a lo largo de varios países en un nivel claramente inferior. Los restaurantes son una maravilla, y el bufet de desayuno, al que denomino así porque es como lo llaman en el hotel, es el mejor desayuno que he tenido el gusto de probar en cualquier alojamiento, aunque el modelo de servicio, en este caso, se acerca más al restaurante de carta que al de bufet, ya que disponen de una carta de servicio en mesa incluido bastante completa de platos tradicionales vietnamitas y bebidas, a cada cual más delicioso. Si a todo eso le añadimos los demás extras, shuttles de traslado al casco antiguo de Hoi An o a la playa, las actividades incluidas como yoga y otras, las bicicletas incluidas para desplazarte por el hotel o sus inmediaciones, los cruceros a la puesta de sol por el río, etc. la experiencia en conjunto es de locos. Imposible imaginarse algo mejor.
