Great hotel only on gigantic minus

Well first of all, the service the staff provides is the best! We arrived 5 days late because of the Vietnamese new year where the country stops for about a week and we where able to get our room despite coming late.. We had a pleasant stay only minus which is a big one was a gigantic rat in the restaurant

I booked 5 rooms at this hotel for family. The first family-room that gave us, obviously had water damage. All the flooring in the entrance was beveled up, the front door only opened enough for us to get in and the room smelled of mold. We asked to change rooms, there was no other exact copy, so we got a room that was for 3 people instead of 4 but we made it work. The rooms were all dimly lit, towels were patched where there were holes, there's not beach-front view side from a crack between two buildings (if you're on that side of the building). The rooms did not feel clean, I wouldn't recommend staying here. There are many hotels in Da Nang that are much nicer for the similar cost.

舒適但若更清潔會更好

酒店鄰近海灘及其他遊客區，我們可以很方便地在附近找到用膳的地方，並感受這海邊城市的魅力。而酒店房間頗為整潔，打開窗戶徐徐海風使房間倍感清新。然而，房間的抽風系統有待改善，有時候室內會有一些氣味。另外，被舖及毛巾若加強清潔會更佳。

L'endroit était propre. Nous avions une grande baie window dans notre chambre mais malheureusement, les fenêtres étaient scellées donc pas possible de les ouvrir. Pas d'air frais, odeur très prononcée de champignons. Le déjeuner était inclus mais rien pour nous, nord-américains. Pas de fruit, toast, crêpes, yogourt, muffins, croissants, céréales, bacon, rien...que de la soupe et des nouilles sautées. Un peu raide à 7h du matin! En outre, on a pris que du café!

숙박은하지마세요 잠깐 쉬는용도로는 참을만해요

마지막날 밤 늦은 새벽 비행기 기다리면서 휴식할 호텔로 방문했습니다. 정말 잠깐 아주잠깐 휴식하고 짐보관, 짐정리할 용도로는 괜찮앗어요 3시간정도 머물렀네요. 그치만 숙박은 절대 비추 입니다! 리셉션 직원은 그리 친절하지않았고 영어를 잘 못해요 그리고 체크인시 여권 원본을 제출하도록 요구해서 실랑이하다가 여권 사본을 제출 했네요. 그리고 객실 상태는 바퀴벌레 안나오면 이상할 정도였는데 다행이 만나지는 않았어요. 화장실엔 머리카락이랑 털... 몇가닥 있구 어메니티라고 하기도 말하기 좀 그런 것들이 있긴 있었네요..... 내부 시설물들에는 먼지 있구 뭐 동남아 저가 호텔이 다 그렇죠 뭐 ....ㅎㅎ 에어컨은 계속 틀어놓으니 시원했어요 체크아웃할때 직원이 리셉션에 없어서 비행기 시간 늦을까봐 초조하게 한참 기다렸네요...

Great staff, terrible quality room and bathroom

This was the worst hotel we have stayed in to date in Vietnam. Room: The hotel room has now window you can open which I understand can. Be common but it meant the room was damp. Our clothes were all damp to the touch by the time we left after 2 nights. Bathroom:There was mould all over the walls and no shower door on the shower. Seemed to have been broken off. Breakfast: we went up at 8am, and the food no longer looked fresh and was dried and running out. It didn't cater to western tastes which wasn't too much of an issue but the food that was there was not of a good quality. Location: it is right next to the beach but the whole area is run down and full of building works. We wouldn't stay here again. We would stay in town more for restaurants and atmosphere and just cab or walk to the beach. It really isn't that far. Reception were very friendly and helpful. They were the one shining light on a very dreary stay.

연회가 있어서 시끄럽고 투숙객에게 무관심한 호텔

새벽비행기때문에 급하게 예약하느라 미처 알아보지 못한 부분들이 후회가되요... 객실은 오래됬고 깨끗한 느낌이아니었지만 그래도 그냥저냥 머물기는 좋았네요. 그런데 일층에서 연회를 너무 시끄럽게해서 술냄새가 심했어요. 또 프론트랑 연회공간이 완벽히 분리되지않아서 술취한 현지인이 제 뒷모습만 보고 허리를 잡는 불쾌한 일이 생겼어요. 착각하고 그랬다니 그냥 그랬나보다하려했지만 프론트 직원의 대처가 더 화가났어요. 사과를 듣지도 못한것 같고 놀라고 불쾌해서 가만히 서있는데 술취한 현지인을 말리거나 제지하려는 대처가 전혀없었어요. 오히려 불쾌해서 서 있는 저를 두고 현지인들이랑 현지어로 웃으면서 대화하는 부분에서 정말 화가났습니다. 투숙은 비추지만 머무시려면 연회있는지 확인하고 머무시길 바라요.

Right by the beach

The staff were lovely and had very good English. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was very nice with free toothbrushes and soap but bring your own shampoo and body wash. The only thing I was unhappy with was the breakfast. It was 100% Vietnamese style breakfast with rice, noodles, pho, over boiled eggs, bred and Vietnamese coffee. The location was excellent, literally 3 minute walk to the beach which is lovely. There's a shop across the road. We got taxis to Dragon bridge which was a 5 minute drive away but it's also walking distance. Overall We really enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend this hotel. Basic but clean!

쾌적하고 편안하지 못한 호텔.

여행자에게 편안한 숙박시설이 될 수 없음. 노후된 시설, 서비스 부재, 식당의 불결, 종업원 불친절, 등 지금까지 이용한 호텔부터 최악이었음. 이 호텔 이용을 고려하려는 분들에게 적극적으로 비추천함.

가격대비 만족해요.

미케비치와 가깝고 새벽에 도착했는데도 친절하게 응대해 주셨어요. 생각보다 방이 넓어서 좀 놀랐어요. 시설이 좀 오래된 듯 하지만 깔끔하게 정돈되어있었습니다. 저희가 식당 바로 아래 방을 얻어서 아침 조식시간에는 의자끄는 소리때문에 조금 시끄러웠어요. 그 외에는 가격대비 만족합니다.

飯店人員不誠實（Dishonest hotel waiter）

女飯店人員很不老實，想盡辦法在觀光客上揩油！明明訂的是四人家庭房，卻給我們三人房！問她還裝傻。然後千萬不要跟他們租機車！車況爛，在路上爆胎，我們先代墊修車費，溝通好會全額補償我們，卻在退房的時候裝傻，最後才退一半！

Very close to the beach

Not bad for the price but a faint musty odour seems to pervade the hotel fortunately the window opens so can refresh that way. When I asked to borrow a helmet to ride pillion the second time, well it looked in the same state as the grace it was given with!!!

Bad experience

"Beautiful Beach" was a terrible experience. It was worn down, moldy, badly managed, the breakfast was repulsive and we got stuck in the elevator without any help or apologies for 30 minutes. The staff was friendly at our checkout (we stayed only one night of our 7 booked nights & changed the hotel) but otherwise just bad processes in a run down place.

性价比很高，位置很好

酒店的海景房，本来可以看到全海景的大窗户前方，被新建的一些酒店给挡住了一大部分的景色，真的有点失望。但酒店提供的免费早餐很好，每天都坚持起来去吃早餐，可以边吃早餐边看海景。房间也算是挺舒适的，酒店周边很多食肆，海鲜大排档等，出租车也很多。
