"The room was spacious for a family of 3. We got a king bed, and there was plenty of room for a playpen. The room was clean, the service was good, and the breakfast was good. No real complaints, other than that there was no info about paying an additional fee listed online on their website or on Expedia, and I found out about this fee when I arrived to the hotel, it is only paid in person. Maybe I missed something, but be ready to pay an additional $7 a night fee, mine was 4 nights so I paid an additional $28. Not pleasant, but at that point, you're kinda stuck, so definitely a little scammy on that part"

"Stayed in License to chill and exceeded my expectations! The view from the 3rd floor was breathtaking, this jr condo had everything we needed for our three night stay. I have stayed at a lot of places in Lincoln county (I used to live in Waldport) and this was by far my favorite place, maybe ten steps to the beach, walking distance to amazing restaurants and gift shops! 10 out of 10 recommend!"

"Wonderful as always. Unbelievable that I got an ocean front room with a fireplace for $100 plus tax. It seems like they’ve updated things since the last time I stayed and the room looked great. I’m always amazed at the prices when this place is as nice as other hotels charging two to three times as much for similar rooms.
