Many good things to mention, but I will focus on the 2 points that deserve improvement. The pillows seemed to be in need of replacement (already thin and unstructured). I also mention the external noise (traffic), even when staying on the top floor of the hotel. The windows in this sector (view of the highway) could be adjusted for soundproofing systems.

Péssimo atendimento

Ao chegar no hotel, não localizavam minha reserva, mesmo apresentando o voucher do hoteis.com. Minha sorte foi que o próprio hotel tinha mandado msg com o número da reserva da rede. Em resumo, alocaram outra pessoa na minha reserva e mesmo após verificarem o erro, o atendente sequer se desculpou. Nos colocaram em um quarto com o banheiro todo molhado, vieram secar e a atendente falou que a pessoa havia deixado o chuveiro ligado por não esquentar… resumindo, não esquentava mesmo e por isso trocaram os quartos e fizeram rolo nas reservas, absurdo trocar o quarto que já estava previamente reservado para nós porque os outros clientes chegaram antes. Nossa sorte é que o quarto era duplo e haviam dois banheiros, mas tivemos que tomar banho, em 4 pessoas em um único banheiro, mesmo com o tempo curto para pegar o voo na manhã seguinte. Na saída novamente rolo devido à troca das reservas, queriam nos cobrar novamente. Mesmo apresentando o recibo de pagamento do aplicativo do hoteis.com, o recepcionista fez eu abrir o aplicativo do banco e mandar foto da cobrança na fatura do cartão. Novamente hostilidade por parte do recepcionista e sem nenhum pedido de desculpas pelo inconveniente.

o quarto é excelente, porém a vedação da janela para a rodovia deixa um pouco a desejar e tem alguns sons que parecem ser do chuveiro de outros quartos. o café da manhã é bem variado, mas alguns itens parecem descuidados: o ovo mexido estava muito passado, assim como a calabresa... o jantar (mediano) foi brindado com uma música bem alta que vinha da cozinha...

Bom custo benefício.

Hotel muito bom para estadas mais curtas, típico executivo: não muito espaçoso, mas limpo e com o básico necessário. Garagem boa e atendimento atencioso. Única ressalva que eu faria é que escolhi a rede Slaviero após saber que ela oferece opções para celíacos no café da manhã, mas isso se restringe a um cantinho com três produtos. Reconheço que já é mais que a maioria dos hotéis, mas pode melhorar nesse quesito.
