"I checked in around 9 pm at 4/7 and get the room number 190. The girl with glasses and black hair at the front desk was very rude and didn't even look at me.Later, I wanted to change the room for some reasons, and it was acceptable because the policy was rejected.But I can't even get a reasonable explanation. In the end, I don't know what the reason is. I asked her name, and she said she refused to tell me any information.I think the front desk staff of this hotel has no training at all and is not enthusiastic about this job.I decided to check out immediately half an hour after checking in. EvenI will lose the cost of two nights.If you decide to stay in this hotel, you must be careful of their strange policies. And accept their poor service attitude.this is the worst hotel around Bay Area."

"The entire hotel smelled like smoke, neighbors were being super loud, there was crumbs on the bed, toilet didn’t flush, no toilet paper, waited an hour for check in, assistant manager was super rude, chair was broken, the bed had stains. HORRIBLE!"

The only disappointment was the front desk receptionist who was on her phone the whole time we were checking getting checked in by another staff, unfriendly no smile mo eye contact to guests its odd to be in hospitality business but clearly don’t have the basic qualities for it."
