A view out into Maumee Bay from the endpoint of the 3/4 mile peninsula at Cullen Park, the westernmost point of Lake Erie.

Depending on the water level, the peninsula can be reduced to being not much wider than just the path. As you reach the tip of the peninsula, it widens out into a small sandy beach.

As a kid, I would return home from walking the peninsula with pockets full of sand worn smooth beach glass of all different colors that I still have to this day.
