"High on Price but a great place to stay. Staff are excellent, felt very safe. Breakfast excellent- chef a darling. Lots of hot water and room lovely and clean. No lift but staff will take bag up if needed. "

"Our stay at Hostal Balcones Murella was excellent the location is really central Old town only 5 blocks from Old square. The hotel is quirky we loved it. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis the breakfast was delicious as were the mojitos. The staff and owners could went out of their way to make our stay a fantastic experience. The cleanliness at the hotel was also to a high standard we will definitely head there again if we get another chance to go to Havana "
