"I have stayed here multiple times. It has always been my husband and I’s get away spot. This last time we stayed it was unfortunately a different experience. It was so incredibly loud we couldn’t sleep. There were children running around everywhere we went unsupervised by any parents. It made our stay very unpleasant. I myself have children but I would not allow them to disrupt others that way. Especially late at night. I’d also like to address the salad I got from room service. I paid over $20 for a salad and it was so incredibly small and the lettuce was browning. Lastly, about an hour after I checked out I realized I forgot an item in the room. I called the front desk and explained the situation and that I live an hour away but my husband was still in the area, if they could please go check for my lost item. They said they couldn’t do that and forwarded me to a lost and found. They wanted me to fill out a form and they would get back to me…. I called back and said can we please have someone just go check the room it was super close to the front desk to begin with. They said I’ll forwarded you to house keeping. Housekeeping didn’t answer. I called back up to the front desk and got another person and it was as easy as okay! Yeah let me check! I’m very upset at my visit this time. "

"We booked the "Two doubles suite kitchen," which fit our family of five very well - a huge kitchen and living space (with fold-out couch) that was entirely separate from the bedroom. Families definitely stay at this hotel - the pool was crowded each night and was not too big (it also had no real shallow end where my 5-yr-old could stand). But overall the stay was good, the room large, and the breakfast a good mix of hot (waffles, eggs, sausage) along with toast, bagels, cereals, and fruit."

"The Heater in the room . didn't work. even after multiple complaints the heater was not fixed. I had to cover myself with 4+ blanket and 2 set of clothes to get some sleep. while the temp was at freezing outside on both nights. "

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. Just beware if you are a light sleeper the property is between a highway and a major road. You will hear traffic."

"Really nice breakfast, comfy bed and pretty soft sheets. Our bathroom was a little dirty just dusty shelves and missing a Shane soap but no biggie! The ice machine didn’t have any ice come out which was a bummer but great stay overall. Just small things I’d fix. Staff was super friendly too."
