Overall stay was pretty good,and we love the town of Cromwell,beautiful and i love NZ(SOUTH ISLAND),,we will visit North Island soon and see if they top up our experience here in the South..Definitely coming back here..Cheers NZ,SI

The staff were friendly but the room is dated with worn carpets & paint and the lighting is harsh. The toiletries were very minimal. Everything however was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant attached to it and good food. Very quiet at night time and the rooms are as new. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and super friendly. We missed our flight and they made sure we are still looked after. What else can you say? Thank you to hotel staff and management!

Map of how to get too room is confusing, old manual keys to get in to Hallways then doors all the way down the long hallways to find room. Rooms noisy, could hear other doors being slammed closed quite often. The place seems to be in need of a refurb. I asked where the laundry was, and lady said oh sorry we don’t have laundry any more, so I said well you need to update your ad because we planned our trip around needing to do Laundry at this place, and I see they still haven’t updated their ad. The Pub/Bar restaurant was fantastic!

Fridge was small. No microwave. Stayed at 135$ room in Ashburton, 165$ room in Greymouth, both had larger fridges, Greymouth one had microwave. Wanted to warm up Pizza, had to eat it cold. Other than that, stay was good. The shower was fantastic! Loved the air conditioning.
