"Stunning place , soaked in history was just perfect for what we needed , lovely restaurant and brassiere fully deserves the four Stars they have , the grounds are beautifully manicured just a great place to go and relax. We tried out the Spa not too busy but had everything you needed. There are only a few little niggles if you had to pick something the carpet in our room looked tired but that’s it really. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant was very tasty...

"Hotel was nice and in a good location for visiting nearby areas. Good parking area Room was spacious and had air conditioning and twin double beds. Couldn't work out how to close the plug for a bath but the shower was hot and powerful. Fan in the bathroom didn't work but reception staff listed our complaint and were going to sort it out. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and staff worked hard to keep area clean and food items restocked. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to eat and local transport & taxis. Our room was spotless & had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. It was lovely and quiet at night & breakfast in the coffee bar was fresh and delicious. It’s a great base for visiting local attractions."

"We stayed here for one night, the hotel was lovely and clean, a big size bathroom with a powerful shower! The spa facilities were great, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, only downside is paying £4 per person for robe and towel use. "
