"The staff was quite welcoming and helpful upon checkin. In the absence of a luggage trolley a very nice man assisted me and refused a tip. The front desk was less welcoming and cheerful the next morning upon checkout. Overall it was a good place to stay the night before my flight to the U.S. The room was large, comfortable and well appointed. The hotel has nice amenities like a pool. Definitely recommend it."

"A lovely friendly and welcoming hotel. Safari hotel room very nice. Had everything we needed. Only negative would be that we booked a room with a view of the animals however the windows weren’t very clean so couldn’t get a clear view. Restaurant in hotel was great. Good selection of food. All staff very friendly and professional. Early access to the park was a great bonus plus the walk around outside to get a better view of the animals was a nice addition. Would certainly stay here again."

"Nothing luxurious, not for a romantic getaway and quite dated but to get to the airport nice and early it was worth the cheap cost. I did not eat here as my stay was so short but the receptionist was very friendly."
